Our company undertook the transformation of an existing office building in the heart of Athens into a modern residential and commercial space, breathing new life into a strategically located property. The project involves the creation of 16 luxury apartments and 2 ground-floor retail spaces, along with a complete façade reconstruction, setting a new standard for urban aesthetics and functionality.
